1. Blogging is for everyone and anyone can read what you blog. The golden rule applies here: “If you don’t have something nice to say then don’t say it all.”
2. If it’s not yours then get permission, this means photos, writings, and anything that can get you sued or could be a copyright violation (i.e. Plagiarizing).
3. Blog about interesting things. Tell a story, give your readers some news, let them know behind this blog is a real person and most of all make sure it is pertinent to your community.
4. Don’t just blog available apartments. Give us something more!
5. Fair housing laws, Fair housing laws, Fair housing laws.
6. Do not talk about how you are better than another competitor or slander a competitor.
7. Do republish the same blog somewhere else.
8. Use links to other sites sparingly.
9. Spamming is BAD. Don’t even think about it. You will be banned.
